Once an order is placed I require a down payment to secure a person on the status board. Down payment amount is established at the time of ordering. Once an order is started down payments maybe nonrefundable.

I do everything possible to make sure your rod is custom to you. I do grant a three day inspection period. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

I do my best to guarantee your rod. If it breaks and it was my fault I will fix it. If you break it, well my name is on it so I will work with you to establish what is fair.
